Job Highlights:
- Monthly Rate: Approximately USD 800 (equivalent in your local currency)
- Paid Hours per Week: 40 Hours
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM New York Time with 1-hour unpaid break
- Work Arrangement: Work from home
- Contract: Independent Contractor
Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends, consumer behavior, and industry developments.
- Utilize sales platforms such as Faire, Bulletin, and Carro to gather data and insights.
- Create detailed trend reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest industry news and trends to inform strategic decisions to be presented once a month in PDF form.
- Support the development of strategic initiatives based on trend analysis.
Requirements:
- Deep Beauty Industry Knowledge: Extensive understanding of beauty trends, product formulations, competitive landscape, and wholesale dynamics.
- Sales Expertise: Demonstrated ability to close deals, achieve sales goals, and maintain strong wholesale accounts.
- Strategic Email Outreach: Skilled in writing engaging, professional, and persuasive emails that reflect a collaborative and approachable tone.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Proficiency with CRM systems to organize leads, track sales, and analyze customer interactions.
- Product Mastery: In-depth understanding of the product portfolio to provide expert recommendations and educate clients.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Committed to delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term client relationships.
- Market Research Skills: Capacity to identify new customer opportunities and develop targeted outreach strategies.
