Main Duties:
- Cold calling and following up on leads and referrals from clients and business sources can help you generate new business.
- Giving clients who use Cartrack Tanzania’s goods or services the knowledge and guidance they need reaching monthly sales goals.
- Having polite and professional conversations with clients via phone, email, letter, and in person
- Maintaining thorough records of conversations and communication with clients examining statistics or other data to ascertain whether customers are satisfied with the goods and services offered by Cartrack Tanzania.
- delivering written material to clients upon request, frequently with the aid of computer programs or software.
- Finding out more about Cartrack’s Tanzania offerings and staying informed of any modifications.
- Reading release notes and corporate updates will help you stay on top of customer service advancements.
- establishing new partnerships by contacting current clients and business sources.
- checking in with both new and current customers to make sure they are still satisfied with our offerings.
- Give presentations outlining Cartrack services to clients and business sources.
- Engage in marketing and promotion initiatives to raise brand recognition.
- focusing on applications, SLA, and lead quality.
- reporting to the manager or supervisor on daily activity.
- Product training for clients and business sources.
- Follow up on ongoing and new projects.
- management of commissions owed to commercial sources.
- making certain that all environmental and safety regulations are followed.
- Fulfill any additional business responsibilities that your immediate supervisor may assign you.
Skills & Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s or diploma in sales and marketing, or a similar discipline.
- Experience in Business to Business (B2B) sales/ corporate sales for at least 5 years.
- Excellent business sense with an emphasis on client relations
- It is advantageous to have prior expertise with a fleet tracking and management firm.

- Possession of excellent administrative abilities and the capacity to plan and coordinate
- High EQ and adept negotiating abilities
- Intermediate Level Excel Application Experience with CRM
