Daycare Director
Location: Iringa Municipality residents preferred
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the operations of the daycare center, ensuring compliance with Tanzanian childcare regulations.
- Develop and implement educational programs for children aged 1 to 6 years.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in childcare or education management.
- Fluency in Kiswahili and English.
Lead Preschool Teacher
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging programs for children aged 3 to 6 years.
- Foster children’s social, emotional, and academic development.
Qualifications: - Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education.
- Minimum of 2 years of preschool teaching experience.
- Fluency in Kiswahili and English.
Toddler Teacher
Responsibilities:
- Provide care and education for toddlers aged 1 to 3 years.
- Support toddlers’ physical, social, and emotional development.
Qualifications: - Certificate or diploma in Early Childhood Education.
- Previous experience with toddlers is preferred.
- Fluency in Kiswahili and basic English.
Assistant Teacher
Responsibilities:
- Support lead teachers in lesson planning and classroom activities.
- Supervise children during meals, playtime, and rest periods.
- Help maintain an organized and safe classroom environment.
Qualifications: - Certificate in childcare (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience working with children.
- Fluency in Kiswahili.
Childcare Aide
Responsibilities:
- Assist with meal preparation and supervise children during transitions.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment.
Qualifications: - Secondary school education (Form IV or VI).
- Experience in childcare is an advantage.
- Fluency in Kiswahili.
Cook/Nutritionist
Responsibilities:
- Prepare nutritious, child-friendly meals, adhering to food safety standards.

Janitorial Staff
Responsibilities:

- Experience in cleaning or maintenance preferred.
- Preference for Iringa Municipality residents.
ICT Expert (Website and Social Media Manager)
Responsibilities:
- Manage the school’s website and social media platforms.
- Create content that aligns with the daycare’s mission and values.
- Stream live events and edit multimedia content.
Qualifications: - Degree or diploma in IT or a related field.
- Proficiency in website management, social media marketing, and video editing.
- Fluency in Kiswahili and English.
Drone Operator
Responsibilities:
- Capture aerial footage of school activities and events using drone technology.
Qualifications: - Certification in drone operation.
- Experience in aerial photography and creative visual storytelling.
Health Attendant
Responsibilities:
- Monitor children’s health and administer first aid when necessary.
- Maintain health records for children and staff.
Qualifications: - Certificate or diploma in Nursing or Public Health.
- Basic First Aid and CPR certification.
- Experience in childcare preferred.
Childcare Taker
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily routines and provide support for children with special needs.
Qualifications: - Certificate in Childcare or a related field (preferred).
- Experience working with young children.
- Fluency in Kiswahili.
School Bus Transport Officer
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safe transportation of children to and from the daycare center.
- Maintain attendance records and oversee compliance with bus safety standards.
Qualifications: - Certificate in Transport Management or a related field.
- Experience in school transportation.
- Knowledge of traffic safety regulations.
General Requirements for All Roles
- Preference will be given to residents of Iringa Municipality.
- Familiarity with local cultural sensitivities is advantageous.
