Responsibilities
Finding and overseeing solutions to satisfy a variety of customer demands, actively maintaining and cultivating successful client relationships, and advertising goods and services
- Creating and expanding income streams by managing clients well
- Gaining a thorough grasp of the client’s financial requirements and showcasing a solid understanding of products and services to align the bank’s offering with the client’s requirements
- Selling items to new customers and acquiring new clients; communicating with the sales team to guarantee that the quality of leads referred meets the necessary standards
- Performing risk assessments and KYC evaluations related to onboarding new customers
- Overseeing the credit risk associated with allocated customer connections
- Work with branch managers and relationship officers to create a suitable financial structure for risk management and maximizing economic value.
- Actively interact with the bank’s other stakeholders to guarantee the portfolio is kept up to par.
- Taking responsibility for customer service requests and questions; keeping up-to-date and correct client information
- Making proactive phone calls to clients and promptly attending to their needs
- Collaborating with fellow relationship officers to improve revenue generation and service quality
- Creating presentations to evaluate new company growth plans and strategies for top management

- To receive deposits of cash or money orders from clients, credit their accounts, and provide statements and receipts
- Assist clients in making payments to or crediting their accounts in accordance with advice slips, checks, or other financial documents, and debit the relevant accounts.

Essential Skills Needed and Academic Experience
A: Necessary Credentials
- a bachelor’s degree in banking and finance, marketing, business administration, or any other relevant discipline.
Having an MBA will be beneficial.
B: Necessary Experience:
- three to five years of corporate banking experience.
C: Necessary expertise
- solid familiarity with MHB’s goods and products.
