Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field
- Excellent knowledge of Tanzanian Labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Experience in employee relation and performance management.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize task.
- Minimum of three 3 years in a related field
