Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated ESL Teacher to join our team and educate non-native English speakers. As an ESL Teacher, your primary mission is to foster language proficiency and cultural understanding among students, creating a comprehensive learning environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of students with varying levels of English proficiency.
• Conduct interactive online classes and activities to enhance students’ speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
• Assess students’ progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their advancement.
• Cultivate a supportive and inclusive virtual classroom environment.
• Utilize diverse teaching methodologies and educational resources to accommodate different learning styles.
• Encourage cultural exchange and sensitivity to promote a global classroom experience.
• Stay up-to-date with current ESL teaching practices and integrate new techniques into your curriculum.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in language instruction, particularly ESL or EFL teaching.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and awareness in diverse educational settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field.
• Proficient in using technology and digital platforms for remote teaching.
• Ability to manage and motivate students in a remote learning environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification
• Experience in teaching English online
