Location: Mikocheni Warioba -Palm Village,
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment efforts, oversee onboarding processes, and coordinate employee training programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws by maintaining and updating employee records.
- Address employee issues while promoting a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
- Support HR policy implementation, manage performance evaluations, and assist with payroll processes.
- Supervise daily office operations to maintain organizational efficiency.
- Organize and manage company records, documentation, and internal communications.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, schedules, and corporate events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Management, or a similar field.
- A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Tanzanian labor laws and HR industry standards.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
