About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Global Benefits Consultant to lead the implementation of a new individualized employee benefits program across multiple countries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in remuneration and benefits, experience managing global projects, and knowledge of tools like Mercer and SAP Success Factors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of a global individualized employee benefits program.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand current benefits offerings and identify areas for improvement.
- Work with external vendors (e.g., Mercer, SAP Success Factors) to select and implement the appropriate software solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local legislation and common practices in each country.
- Develop a standardized approach for global benefits while accommodating local variations.
- Provide guidance and support to the HR team on benefits-related matters.
- Manage the project timeline, ensuring milestones are met and the project is delivered on time.
- Communicate progress and updates to key stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in remuneration and benefits, with a focus on global projects.
- Familiarity with Mercer and SAP Success Factors or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of local legislation and common practices in various countries.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work across different time zones.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with multinational companies.
- Previous experience in implementing individualized employee benefits programs.
- Knowledge of tax implications and compliance requirements in different countries.
