Location: Mikocheni Warioba -Palm Village,

Key Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment efforts, oversee onboarding processes, and coordinate employee training programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws by maintaining and updating employee records.
Address employee issues while promoting a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
Support HR policy implementation, manage performance evaluations, and assist with payroll processes.
Supervise daily office operations to maintain organizational efficiency.
Organize and manage company records, documentation, and internal communications.
Plan and coordinate meetings, schedules, and corporate events.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Management, or a similar field.
A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with Tanzanian labor laws and HR industry standards.
Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
